Although people will most likely still rather see the home in person, it doesn’t hurt to give your buyers a sneak peak of the area. 

Search Engine Optimization 

Search Engine Optimization, SEO, is the key to getting your listing populating all over the internet. This involves loading up your listing description with keywords that your buyers will be looking for in a home. “Open floor plan”, “large master suite”, and “updated kitchen” are a few examples of words that may catch a buyer’s attention. This does not mean simply listing a bunch of words throughout the description or tagging everything possible on the listing. Instead, be intentional with your verbiage. 

Advertise on Social Media 

Once you have the listing up to date and as optimized as possible, it’s now time to utilize your social media platforms. Post the link on all your pages and include special sneak peaks, such as a photo or two in order to draw the attention of viewers. Ask family and friends to share your posts to get a wider audience as well!
