No. We have no contracts and you can cancel your subscription anytime. We only require 24 hours notice prior to your next billing cycle.

No. We can’t guarantee it since our sources are based on the information provided by real estate agents, brokerages, private owners etc. Many do not provide accurate data and do not update it properly. We include every listing that was active on the market for 90 days or more and is no longer showing as available. This will include “expired”, "delisted", “temporary off the market”, “permanently of the market”, and “unavailable”. We provide this "status" with each lead in the list that we provide. Our recommendation is to inquire with every lead and confirm first if they are under an agreement with a real estate agent.
